Commission on College Nursing Education (CCNE) Accreditation
The baccalaureate degree program in nursing at Concordia University-Portland is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education, 655 K Street, NW, Suite 750, Washington, DC 20001, 202-887-6791.
This accreditation makes Concordia University one of the most elite nursing schools in the region. This designation allows Concordia nursing graduates to apply for careers in federal government – including military and Veteran’s Administration positions – and offers a smoother path to graduate nursing programs.
Concordia University-Portland’s nursing program is also fully approved by the Oregon State Board of Nursing and is a member of the American Association of Colleges of Nursing.
